JOE SANDRK September 15, 1922 - January 24, 2002 Joe Sandrk passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 24, 2002. Please come and celebrate his life with his family on Tuesday, January 29, at 7:00 p.m. at Bethania Personal Care Home, 1045 Concordia Ave. Joe was predeceased by his mother, father and brother John. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Tricia; sons, Darrell and Paul; daughter Dea-Anne; grandsons, Gregory and Hunter Sandrk and their mother Pat Spark and granddaughter, Heather Bernstein; two sisters, Mary Solarz and Stephanie Strathern. Joe will also be missed by the many friends he made during many years spent working for the C.P.R. and through his community service in the Elmwood area. The Sandrk family would like to thank the entire staff at Bethania Care Home for the excellent care and attention. With all your given love, Joe was able to maintain his pride and dignity. Special thanks to a few living angels, Ted Nowicki for your constant friendship and support to Joe, your weekly visits were so appreciated, to physiotherapist Rhonda Neufeld for bringing out the best in Joe with your playful approach, you are a gem!; to Bradley Willis and family and numerous others for your support and love. To all who knew him and for those who just met Joe, he will be remembered for his many gifts, especially the ability to reach people.
