EMILE JOSEPH (JOE) PAULLUS Peacefully in the comfort of his home, on Wednesday, January 30, 2002, Joe passed away at the age of 77 years. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Anna; and sadly missed by his daughters, Judy (John) Harju, Joey (Bob) Murphy, and Jenny Faullus. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Wally and Barb Mesojednik, Leo and Rita Mesojednik, Tony and Lorna Mesojednik, Ann and Bruce Wachal, Mary and Mark Butler; also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sisters, Nora Bell and Margaret (Don) Jones; his brother Eldon (Anna Marie) Faullus; his brother-in-law Marty Neal; his nieces, nephews and his cat, Missy. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary Louise and Joseph; his son Jim; his brother Rene and wife Stella; his sisters, Shirley and Essie. Joe was born in Deerhorn, MB on March 30, 1924 and later lived many years on Vancouver Island where he worked as cement truck driver. After retiring, he lived his years in Tyndall, MB. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Tyndall Branch. He also enjoyed bingo, playing cards, completing puzzles, working in the garden and especially cutting grass on his riding lawn mower. Cremation has taken place and in accordance with his wishes, no service will be held. A luncheon, which will be preceded by a tribute on behalf of the Tyndall Legion Branch No. 128 to celebrate and remember Joes life, will take place on Sunday, February 3 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Beausejour Branch, James Avenue, Beausejour, MB.
