MOLLY EDWINA SORENSEN Peacefully on January 30, 2002, Molly Sorensen passed away at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 95 years. Molly was predeceased in December 2001 by her husband of 67 years, Wilfred. She was also predeceased by her parents, Mary and Michael Woytowich; as well as eight siblings. She is survived by her sister Kay Rojesky of Gimli, and by her niece Noella (Ken) Broadberry of Winnipeg, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. Molly was Wilfreds partner for 30 years in their company, Newway Cleaners. She was proud of her Polish heritage. She was a long-standing member the Scandinavian Club. Molly and Wilfred were avid travellers and enjoyed spending the last ten winters in Arizona. She and Wilfred were always together and were always dressed like a gentleman and a lady. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Riverview Health Centre Chapel, 1 Morley Ave. with Fr. Henry Laciak officiating. The family extends their thanks to the staff at Riverview for their kind and compassionate care they gave Molly.
