TSYUA (TILLIE) KIKUKAWA Peacefully on Tuesday, February 5, 2002 at Rosewood Lodge, Stonewall, Tillie Kikukawa, aged 86 years, of Stonewall, MB. Predeceased by her husband Ichimasa Kikukawa in 1995. Tsyua was born August 14, 1915 in Kumamoto City, Japan. She finished high school then went on to work at a large department store. On June 21, 1935 Tsyua and Ichimasa were united through an arranged marriage in Japan. In 1944 they moved to Stonewall where she resided until her death. Surviving to mourn her loss son Ken of Stonewall, daughter Florence (Dave) Hamel of Ottawa, son Joe (Beth) of Winnipeg, daughter Evelyn (Cam) Pattison of Scotland, nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall, Thursday, February 14 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Mary Best will officiate. Flowers gratefully declined. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to Rosewood Lodge, Stonewall, or to the Dr. Evelyn Memorial Hospital Foundation, Stonewall.
