SHANNON LEE FISHER April 4, 1981 - February 9, 2002 It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Shannon Lee Fisher at Pauingassi First Nation on Saturday, February 9, 2002 at the age of 20 years. Shannon is gone to be with his Lord. Shannon leaves to cherish his memory his mother Mary Ann (stepfather Jerry) brothers, Nicholas and Andy; sisters, Nicole and Angela and his beautiful daughter Jewel Keeper. Shannon will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by grandmother Philomene, Hilda and children, Doreen (Delbert) and family, Adamina and family, Wilfred, Gabriel, Herman, Stanford and Bernice (Bernard) and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Shannon was predeceased by his father Floyd in March 1995 and grandparents, Felix, Henry and Louisa Bushie. Wake service was held on Monday, February 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Tuesday, February 12, Wednesday, February 13 and Thursday, February 14 at the Bloodvein Band Hall. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bloodvein School Gymnasium. Interment to follow at Bloodvein Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nicole Fisher, Tracy Fisher, Shasta Fisher and Andy Fisher. Active Pallbearers will be Nicholas Fisher, Shawn Owen, Wilfred Owen, Aaron Hamilton, Allison Owen and Jerry Crow. ABORIGINAL FUNERAL CHAPEL 724 SELKIRK AVE. 586-7700
