AVON BABUIK Avon Babuik passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Monday, February 11, 2002 at the St. Boniface General Hospital. Avons memory will be forever cherished, and sadly missed by her beloved husband Ted, and children, Norman and Lisa; as well as her sister Jo-Anne Jackson. She was active in her community, and took special pleasure in being involved with Toastmistress and singing with the choir at St. Bartholomews Anglican Church. A service celebrating Avons life will be held on Friday, February 15 at 2:00 p.m., at St. Bartholomews Anglican Church, 881 Autumnwood Dr., with Rev. William E.B. Oakley officiating, with reception to follow at the Church. Interment will follow at St. Boniface Cemetery. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the many friends, neighbours, and the very caring Staff of 3-B at the St. Boniface General Hospital and oncology physicians, Dr. Lotocki, Haywood and Kreipart.
