ALVIN TRACY It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our husband, father, and grandfather Alvin Tracy, aged 88, on Friday, February 8, 2002. Alvin is survived by his beloved wife Helen of 62 years; daughter Aldene Jackson and grandson Evan Jackson; many nieces and nephews and their families; also by siblings, Delford Tracy of Ottawa, Doreen Carrie of Winnipeg, Bernice McNabb of Richmond, BC. He was predeceased by his siblings, Ormand, William and Frank Tracy. Alvin enlisted in the Royal Canadian Airforce in 1940. He was discharged as a Flight Lieutenant. Alvin spent many years working at Supercrete. Cremation has taken place and in accordance with Alvins wishes there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to War Amps, 113 Marianne, Winnipeg, MB R2R 1W4. Many thanks to Dr. R. Hayward and staff on 3rd and 5th floors at Victoria Hospital.
