Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH HARRY ZAKALUK August 18, 1942 - February 19, 2002 Peacefully on Tuesday, February 19, 2002 at the Beacon Hill Lodge Joe Zakaluk passed away. He was predeceased by his parents, Nellie and Harry Zakaluk; his three brothers, Micheal and Paul(in infancy) and Steve in 1971; and his sister Marian in 1998. Joe leaves behind his beloved wife of 36 years Jeannette; four sons, Darin, Brad (Tricia and Daniel), Scott and Jason. Prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 21 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22 also at Glen Lawn. Reception will follow. Special thanks to the staff at Beacon Hill Lodge and Health Sciences Dialysis unit for their care and compassion towards Joe.
