HELEN STEVENSON Peacefully on Tuesday, February 19, 2002 at the Health Sciences Centre, Helen Stevenson passed away at the age of 80 years. Helen is survived by husband George; sons, Gordon and Gary; daughters-in-law, Michelle and Marge; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; mother Muriel; sister Marion of Vancouver, BC; brother Bob of Mississauga, ON. She was predeceased by daughter Marion Seniuk. Helen loved to spend her summers at her cottage in Winnipeg Beach and winters in Hawaii. She loved her Saturday outings with her family. Helens family and friends knew she was a real playmaker. She will be greatly missed and always remembered. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the 5th Floor of the Womens Hospital for their care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba, ON109 - 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 25 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. Interment Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons Scott, Ron, Jason, Gary, Bob and Regan.
