FREDERICK WILLIAM FENN 1924 - 2002 It is with heartfelt sadness that Alyce announces the passing of her husband and soul mate, Fred on Thursday, February 21, 2002. Fred grew up in Winnipeg and worked in the freight office at the CNR until his retirement in 1983. Fred loved the family island at Lac Lu. Vibrant and full of life, he would share his laughter and quiet wisdom with his children and grandchildren. Whether it be the "Fenn" house on Dunrobin, the "Fenns Island" at Lac Lu or the trailer in Wesleco, Texas, the door was always open to Dads special brand of hospitality. Dad met the love of his life, Alyce at Lac Lu and it will be there that his soul will rest. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the wonderful doctors and staff at CancerCare Manitoba and the staff at Riverview Health Centre.
