BRIAN GARY NOGA It is with great sorrow the family announces the passing of Brian Noga, on February 21, 2002 at the Victoria Hospital. After a courageous battle with leukemia, Brian left his earthly home on his 49th birthday. He is now celebrating pain free in heaven. Brians memory will be forever cherished by his wife Darlene and sadly missed by his children, Heather and Colin. Also left to remember him is his mother Ainslie Noga; his brothers, Erwin (Linda), Elton (Joanne), Kevin (Susan) his sister Loreen; his brother-in-law Jerry Bilyck; his mother-in-law Anne Ginter; brothers-in-law, Harvey Ginter (Line), Alvin Ginter (Val) and many nieces and nephews. Brian was predeceased by his father John; sister Arleen Bilyck; and father-in-law Peter Ginter. Brian will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, his love of animals and nature, and his patience. He had a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn as much as possible, especially in the fields of space and technology. Brian valued a good education and excelled for 25 years in various fields of computer technology. Heather and Colin will miss being able to ask their dad for answers from his vast repertoire of knowledge. Brian took great pride in his children and their accomplishments. Darlene will cherish 19 years of love, laughter and companionship. Brian was always ready to try something new and encouraged others to do so too. Brian loved to travel and even though seriously ill, initiated and planned two family vacations and continued to plan for more. We have many special memories of shared family vacations. During Brians lengthy illness a tremendous support network was developed by family, friends and the church. He frequently expressed his appreciation for their support. A special thank you to all of you, as well as the many nurses and doctors who cared for Brian. A celebration of Brians life will be held on Tuesday, February 26 at 10:30 a.m. at Fort Garry Mennonite Brethren Church, 1771 Pembina Hwy. with interment to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Niverville Cemetery. Viewing at the church Monday, February 25, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and prior to the service. If friends desire, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba, ON 109-675 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 0V9. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
