During that time, he was actively involved with the executive of the Teachers Association. Always a caregiver, Dan valued family and friendships, which he maintained over many years. A big part of Dans life was the lake, he was always working on "Projects" and enjoyed walking and conversations with the neighbours. The family would like to thank the staff in the MICU at Health Sciences Centre, especially Dr. Wong, for their exceptional care and compassion.
