Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES WILLIAM (TINY) McRITCHIE 1928 - 2002 With his wife and family at his side our beloved husband, father and grandfather Tiny peacefully passed away on February 23, 2002. Tiny was born in Regina, SK and was employed for 36 years at the Winnipeg Free Press. He was an active member of the GCIU Union. (Secretary Treasurer) for many years and President of Local 35 and served on the Pension Board. Left to forever cherish his memory is his most beloved wife Jean; and children, Joanne (Michael), Joanne (Rick), Randy (Vicki), Colin, David, Kenny (Heather) and Cindy. His grandchildren, Charlene, Ashley, Taylor, Kyle, Bryn, Kelly, Ashley T., Bronwyn, Robin, Jonathon, Jena, Rachel, Kevin, Ryan and Conor. The grandchildren have many special memories of spending precious time with Grandpa Tiny. Tiny had many wonderful brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and of course Rexie. Tiny and Jean enjoyed working side by side doing woodwork and crafts. Tiny was predeceased by his parents Esther and William McRitchie and first wife Anne Marie (Eberts). One of Tinys greatest pleasures was when family and friends surrounded him. The family would like to express their appreciation to the OR doctors and staff at the St. Boniface Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9. Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 1 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. "We were the "inseparable couple". It will be lonely here without you my love.
