Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELLA ELIZABETH COLEBOURN (nee SIM) April 18, 1927 - February 25, 2002 With dignity and grace our Mother passed away on February 26, 2002. Ella had a very gentle and quiet nature. When she forgot, we remembered for her, the qualities she exemplified throughout her life - her kindness, honesty and respect for others. She was genuine and her values in life never changed. Honoured to have been a part of her life are her three daughters and their families, Laureen Mattick, Lindsay and Jamie; Wendy (Ted) Laird, Kristen, Katelyn and Bruce; Brenda Maycher, Colin, Stephen and Rob. In addition, her sisters and their families will remember her. They include Helen Sim, Eileen (Neil) Braidwood, Muriel Milne (Clete McDole) and Margaret (Ivan) Bonner. She was predeceased by her husband Fred Colebourn, son-in-law James Mattick and brother Jack Sim. The family wishes to thank all the staff and friends at Lions Personal Care Centre for their gentle care. Your kindness was felt and understood by our Mother. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 4G2, Lions Club of Winnipeg, 320 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3B 2W6 or to a charity of ones choice.
