JANET KILLEY Peacefully at Middlechurch Home on Tuesday, February 26, 2002 Janet Killey passed away. Born in Winnipeg , April 6, 1907, she is survived by her only daughter Pat (Frank) Mathers of Hummelstown, PA; grandchildren, Michael (Nancy), Patti (Max) Mattson, J.D. (Liz) eight-great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Patty, grandchildren, Kathleen (Jim) Ogle, Jim Jr. and one great-grandson Liam of Calgary, AB. Janet was predeceased by husband Jim in 1970; son Jim Jr. in 1990 and brothers, Tom and Hugh Baird. Janet lived in Silver Heights for many years and later moved to Lions Place where she enjoyed many happy years. She held a very special place in her heart for all the years spent in her cottage at Grand Beach. For the past two years she was a resident at Middlechurch Home. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Middlechurch Home for their care and kindness. At Janets request her body has been donated to the U of M for medical research. No funeral service will be held.
