Date of Passing: Feb 28, 2002
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOLORES JOAN MANAREY It is with deep sadness and regret we announce the unexpected passing of our dear Mom and Grandma on Thursday, February 28, 2002. Dolores was born in Winnipeg, MB on June 11, 1937. Dolores was a giver, she gave of her time, skills, and knowledge always to please others, never saying or expecting anything in return. She was just about to embark on a new lease in life, and looking forward to spending even more time with her family and grandchildren. She raised her family and always made friends feel welcome either by having coffee or cooking. Among her passions were reading, gardening and volunteering at Marcie and Wills school, Clear Water Academy. Often, she would just sit and enjoy watching Dylan "perform". Her grandchildren were her biggest delight in life. We miss you already and you will be sadly missed everyday. Our prayers will continue to build more and more until the time we meet again. She is survived by her daughter Sheri-Lynn (James) Pidkowa, their son Dylan and another expectant child; and her son Terry (Mary Beth), and their children, Marcie, Will and Meg. Dolores was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Phyllis Halliday. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAYS "Park Memorial Chapel", (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.), on Tuesday, March 5, at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be concelebrated at St. Anthonys Catholic Church (5340 - 4th St. S.W.) on Wednesday, March 6 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Toole and Rev. Eulogio Estaris presiders. To e-mail expressions of sympathy: condolences@mcinnisandholloway.com Subject heading: Dolores Manarey.
