Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES (CHUCK) EDWARD GAMBLE Peacefully, after a long illness on Friday, March 1, 2002, Chuck Gamble, aged 75 years, passed away at the Seven Oaks General Hospital, dearly beloved husband of Nadia Gamble (nee Kowalyk). Besides his wife of 49 years, Nadia, Chuck leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Debra, Denis, DArcy and Don; his son-in-law Jeff Ferguson; sister Laura Coupal; brothers, Lyle Gamble (Lil) and Jim Gamble (Barb), numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and many friends. Chuck was born in Saskatchewan, and after his time in the service he moved to Manitoba where he and Nadia met, were married and made their home. He worked at many places during his life, and made many friends. Chuck retired in 1991 and spent his final years close to his home, and the family he loved. He loved to laugh and lived for the day, and will be deeply missed. Friends may pay their respects on Friday, March 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Knysh Chapel. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be messers, Michael Foster, Mike Novak, Gus Foster, Wayne Miller, Brett Moyse and Sam Honcharik. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to family, friends, caregivers and the management and staff of Knysh Funeral Chapel for all their acts of kindness and support.
