RUTH ANN MARKUS It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Ann Markus, on Wednesday, March 6, 2002 surrounded by her family. Ruth will be lovingly remembered by her children, Donna (Reg) Forester, David and partner Rob, Ernest (Cathy), Alex and partner Ken, Kevin (Nancy), Derek (Dale) and eleven grandchildren. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Flo (John) Barbour, Sandy (John) Unger; brothers, Don (Irene) Allen, Ted (Sandy) Allen; both of Victoria, BC. Ruth was predeceased by her loving husband Sam. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Ruth and Sam spent many happy times with their family and friends at their trailer. She was an active member of her church throughout her life. A Celebration of Ruths life will take place on Saturday March 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the Weston Gospel Church, 1787 Logan Ave. A private interment will be held in Brookside Cemetery at a later date. Our thanks to the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital, Dr. Hechtenthal, Dr. M Verrelli and Surgical I.C.U. at the Health Sciences Centre.
