ARNOLD EDWARD DUY Peacefully, on Sunday, March 10, 2002, Arnold Duy, 74 years old, passed away at Central Park Lodge. Arnold was born on October 24, 1927 in Winnipeg. While residing on Seymour Street Arnold was baptized and confirmed at Redeemer Lutheran Church. When the family moved to Polson Avenue in 1952, he joined Zion Lutheran, to which he remained faithful. Arnold was predeceased by his father Jakob in 1970, mother Karoline in 1983, brothers, Louis, Jack, Charles, Philip, and Henry; and sister Ida Molstad. He is survived by his sisters, Mrs. Christine Faulkner of Hamilton, ON and Mrs. Isabel Ozarko of West Covina, CA; sisters-in-law, Elsie of Winnipeg and Kay of San Jose, CA; aunts, Mrs. Frieda Mauthe of Plumas, MB And Mrs. Martha Wutzke of Glenella, MB, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Special thanks to Marguerite, Judy and all the staff at the Central Park Lodge for the care that they gave to Arnold. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 19 at 1:00 p.m. with viewing starting at 12:30 p.m. at St. Lukes Zion Lutheran Church, 2903 McPhillips St. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those so desiring, may make a donation in Arnolds memory to the St. Lukes Zion Memorial Fund, 2903 McPhillips St., Winnipeg, R2P 0H3. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
