PEARL DAY Mrs. Pearl Day (nee Oshel) died peacefully on March 6, 2002 at Heritage Lodge Personal Care Home at the age of 99. She was predeceased by her husband George E. Day and daughter Corinne Violet McClymont. Mrs. Day devoted much of her life to the happiness of those around her, sacrificing tremendously in the nurturing of her daughters classical musical training and education. The untimely death of their daughter deeply saddened Mr. and Mrs. Day; however, Mrs. Days unfailing love and kindness continued in her steadfast dedication to her grandson, Boyd. Mrs. Day is survived by her sister, Mrs. Cora McEachern of Winnipeg and her only grandson, Boyd McClymont of Vancouver, BC. Special thanks to the staff of Heritage Lodge for their kindness and always compassionate care. A memorial luncheon will be held at Heritage Lodge, 3555 Portage Ave., at 7:00 p.m., on March 16. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations to Heritage Lodge in Pearls memory would be appreciated.
