ERNEST NED JAMES YAREMA It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Ernie Yarema on March 5, 2002 at the Dauphin General Hospital, Dauphin, MB Born in Dauphin on March 28, 1936, Ernie is survived by his wife Sylvia; his daughter Donna and son-in-law Robbie MacDonald of Dugald; son Danny Yarema and daughter-in- law Karen of Sifton; daughter Mariann and son-in-law Ron Harvey of Dauphin will cherish Ernies memory. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Kristin and Cody MacDonald, Alex, Nicole and Carly Yarema and Dayna and Meegan Harvey. Also surviving him are four sisters, Ollie Zubrecki, Betty (Julius) Bayomi, Rose (Rick) Letwin, all of Winnipeg, Pauline Gancher of Vernon, BC; and brother Steve of Kamloops, BC; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Funeral services were held at the St. Josephats Ukrainian Catholic Church in Sifton, Saturday, March 9. Rt. Rev. Msg. Mitrat Michael Buyachok officiated and interment followed at the parish cemetery. Friends who so desire may make memorial donations to CancerCare Manitoba or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
