LEON PAUL It is with sadness that Anita announces the death of her husband at their residence on March 17, 2002. Leon was born on June 22, 1922 in St. Eustache, MB. St. Eustache was Leons home for the majority of his life until he and Anita moved to Winnipeg in October of 1995. Leon was predeceased by his first wife Maria in 1976; son Maurice and daughter-in-law Sherry in 1993. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Anita (Buors) his children, Dolores Paul of Winnipeg, Docile and her husband Cliff McKay of Calgary, AB, Roger Paul of Winnipeg, Dora and her husband Maurice Lepine of St. Eustache, Del and her husband Allen Schade of Starbuck, MB, Doris and her husband Martin Lavallee of Snow Lake, MB and Doreen Comeau of Winnipeg. He also leaves to mourn is sister Grace Piche of Winnipeg along with his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. After he retired from the White Horse Plains School Division, he spent many hours in his beloved garden during the summer months and could be found puttering in his garage during the winter months. A prayer service for Leon will be held on Tuesday, March 19 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 20, at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Eustache Roman Catholic Church, St. Eustache, MB with interment in the churchyard cemetery.
