ALLAN JOHN ROGERS On March 18, 2002, at Riverview Health Centre, with deepest sadness, with his wife and his mother at his side, Allan, aged 34 passed away. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Kimberly and his adoring children, Kaylene and Matthew. He is also survived by his loving mother Cecelia Stanley and Dale; loving sister Pamela James (Dean) and loving brother James James; his loving stepfather Jim James (Sandi) and his loving father Wayne Rogers (Susan) his loving and devoted mother-in-law and father-in-law Richard and Dorothy Drescher; loving sister-in-law Marnie Lecuyer (Chris) and loving brother-in-law James Drescher (Shannon) his Nana and Grampa Ernie and Betty Podjan and loving nephew Justin and niece Taylor. He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Al was a devoted husband and father. Al lived his life one day at a time and in doing that, there was never a day that was taken for granted. He was a fighter on every level of his life. We all will miss him deeply, but we also know how blessed we were to have him in our lives for the short time we did. A celebration of Als life will be held on Friday, March 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. The family wish to thank all staff at Riverview Health Centre for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations in Als memory may be made to Riverview Health Centre or CancerCare Manitoba.
