Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN JAMES SEAMAN John passed away peacefully on March 18, 2002 at the Gardena Convalescent Centre in Los Angeles, CA. John was born in Winnipeg on February 7, 1916. He leaves to mourn his death, a brother Fred Smando (Jean) of Winnipeg; sisters, Eva Bernaki of Winnipeg and Sally Rybak of Surrey, BC, as well as numerous nephews and nieces. John always liked a good adventure, so at an early age he left Canada to live in the United States. He served in the United States army for three years. He then lived in Detroit and Chicago before settling down in Los Angeles. He worked as a salesman for a lock and hardware company until his retirement. John liked to travel, enjoyed jokes and to have a good laugh in the company of friends. He will be sadly missed by us all. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. REST IN PEACE
