Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARRY ROGOWSKI With deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our loving husband, father and gigi, Harry Rogowski on Saturday, March 23, 2002. Harry leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Nettie; two daughters, Betty Kushnir, Linda (Scott) Hay; grandchildren, Ashley, Steven, Contessa; three sisters, Ann Monasterski, Mary Bingham (Roy), Sylvia Prociuk (Walter) five brothers, Pete (Josie), Norman (Florence), Nick (Jean), Bill (Patricia), and Matt (Mary) numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Harry was predeceased by his parents, Mike and Mary Rogowsky; his sister Nettie Onysko; and brother John Rogowsky. Harry was born February 28, 1933 in Sundown, MB. Harry was a loving and devoted husband and father who worked hard for his family ensuring they had everything. Harry stayed "Young At Heart" by keeping very busy. He spent many hours shopping for his family; he loved the mornings at the mall having coffee with the "Boys". Harry loved the outdoors especially at their cottage in Matlock, spending countless hours planting a huge garden for his family and friends to share. Harry loved spending time entertaining his grandchildren by telling them jokes. He was very proud of his grandchildren. Harry will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Dad you were always there when we needed you, and we will always remember you in our hearts and thoughts. We love you very much. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road, with Fr. Darren Kawiuk officiating. Active pallbearers will be Bill Rogowsky, Julian Rogowsky, Matt Rogowsky, Tim Rogowsky, Scott Hay, Steven Hay, Walter Woroniuk and Archie Shuya. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8.
