Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Lucille (Don), son Don (Donna), grandchildren, Brad and Lisa and Chez dog too. He is also survived by his sister Muriel Laudrum, brother-in-law Ellis Forbes, special friend Jean Greig and many relatives, nieces, nephews and friends. Dad was predeceased by his parents, William and Mary Jackson; wife Jeanne (nee Boille) and sister Lorna Forbes. Dad was born in Oak Lake, MB on December 1, 1920. He spent his early years farming in Oak Lake and the Glenboro area before moving to Winnipeg in the early 50s. Dad and Mom were married May 16, 1953. He worked in the automotive industry until his retirement. Dads passions in life were old-time fiddling, his backyard garden, hunting with his son and spending time with his friends at the ANAF Unit 1. Dad loved interacting with people, making friends very easily. He had a great sense of humour and always had a joke to tell or a song to sing. We love you dad, youll be forever missed.
