BEATRICE "BEA" MARY WIRTH On Thursday, March 28, 2002, Beatrice Mary Wirth died at the Riverview Health Centre after a lengthy illness (19 months at the Victoria General Hospital and four years at the Riverview Health Centre) at the age of 78 years. Remaining to forever cherish Beas memory are her husband Edmund of 54 years of marriage; children, Carolyn Gail Black (Conrad; Melissa Erin) of New Zealand, Gary Edmund (Kathi; Vanessa, Benjamin) brother Thomas Bruce Verity (Vivian) of Florida; sister Jessy Lawrence (Sidney) numerous nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Lucy and Tom Verity; brother Charles and sister Joan. Bea enjoyed ballroom dancing when in Montreal and sewing and designing her own evening gowns. She loved to travel annually every November to Florida and visited New Zealand on five separate occasions. She was a homemaker and, when the children were old enough, Bea took up a position in a fabric retailer, the love of her avocation. While in Dorval, PQ, she was active in church work and along with her life long friend, Shirley Reynolds, operated the church library. Beas funeral service will be held on Friday, April 5 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Pauls Anglican Church, 830 North Drive (Fort Gary). Our family would like to express our sincere thanks to the staff at Riverview Health Centre for the care given to Beatrice.
