GEORGE ALBERT FOSTER Peacefully, at the Grace Hospital, on Tuesday, April 2, 2002, George Albert Foster passed away at the age of 65 years. He is survived by his loving family who will cherish his memory; his beloved wife of 44 years Barbara (Zyha) sons, Guy (Karen) and Trevor (Gerry) daughters, Corinna (Dean), Debbie (Don), Sharon (Allen) and Kirsten (Marc) 15 grandchildren; his mother Mary (Miguez) brother Bill (Kathy) sisters, Vivian (Glen), Maryanne (Dennis) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. George was predeceased by his father Albert and by his sister Shirley. He was a loving husband and father. He was born in Weston and resided for the most part in St. James. He was a proud member of St. Anns Church for 42 years. He was a successful business man and a member of the M.C.A.M. He was a loving and caring person who had a kind word for everyone he met. He will be sorrowfully missed by all who knew him. Georges family would like to thank the doctors and nurses, and staff of the Grace Hospital for their care and kindness. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Ave., on Monday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m. Viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m. A reception will follow. Interment will take place in Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. Those wishing to do so may make a donation in Georges memory to a charity of ones choice.
