LILLIAN KNIGHT Lillian Knight (Joyce) of Brandon, formerly of Winnipeg, passed away at Fairview Home in Brandon on Wednesday, April 3, 2002 at the age of 85. She was born in Winnipeg on December 24, 1916 and grew up in the St. John district until her marriage. She then resided in St. Vital until 1997 when she moved to Brandon to be close to family. She is survived by her son Ken (Kathryn) of Brandon; and daughter Penny of Victoria, BC; grandchildren, Lisa (Stuart) Cruse, Steven Knight, and Kyle Hagemans; and great-grandchildren, Geoffrey and Allison Cruse. She was predeceased by her husband Robert and eight brothers and sisters. A private graveside service will be held at the Brandon Cemetery, with Rev. John Nesbitt of Trinity United Church officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in her memory may be made to Fairview Home, 1351-13th St., Brandon, MB R7A 4S6, or to Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba Foundation, 800 McTavish Ave., Brandon, MB R7A 7L4 or to a charity of your choice.
