Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEE ALEXANDER DEMPSTER Peacefully, on Sunday, April 7, 2002, at the Grace Hospital, Lee Alexander Dempster passed away at the age of 76 years. Dad was predeceased by his parents, David and Jean; and his sister Eileen Chester. He is survived by his seven children, Jeff (Loretta), Brad (Diane), Paul (Michelle), Connie (Gord), Barb (Jeff), Elizabeth and Andrew; brother Dave (Mary) and sisters, May and Kay; grandchildren, Tara (Derek), Roberta, Kim, Kerri, Calvin, Sarah, David, Celina, Austin, Orion, Laura, Thomas and Emily; great-grandchildren, Michaela, Madison, Noah and Quinn; as well as many nieces and nephews. Dad was born in Keyes, MB on April 25, 1925 and lived in Winnipeg for most of his life. He was the eternal optimist and always had a kind or encouraging word for us all. His sunny outlook took him in many directions. He was so proud of his family and was a devoted member of the Latter Day Saints Church. Dad, we love you very much and miss you deeply. A funeral service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 807 Setter St. (Sturgeon and Ness) at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 12 with viewing from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lees memory, to Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301 - 351 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8.
