EDNA MAE LANGRELL Peacefully on April 7, 2002 at Oakview Place, Edna Mae Langrell (nee Hogg) passed away at the age of 83. She is survived by her brother Walter (Agnes) brother-in-law Victor (Edna) and her many nieces and nephews. Edna was born and raised in Woodlands, MB. Edna married Alton Langrell in 1946 and together they spent many happy years living in Woodlands. Edna was an active member in the community and enjoyed working in her yard, playing the piano, bird watching, doing handicraft work, and visits with friends and family. She was predeceased by her husband, Alton in 1987; by an infant son Rodney in 1951; parents, George and Nellie Hogg; brother Jack Hogg; and sister Laura Anderson. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Oakview Place for their care and guidance. Deep in the heart lies a picture Of a loved one laid to rest. In memorys frame we shall keep it Because she was one of the best. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in the Woodlands Hall on Friday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. John Stennett will officiate. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of the arrangements.
