JAMES EDWIN DIEHL On Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at the age of 86 years, James Edwin Diehl, of Glenboro, MB, passed away peacefully at the Glenboro & District Health Centre. Jim leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 56 years, Eleanor (nee Eaton) son Allen and Beth of Glenboro; four daughters, Evelyn and Frank Pitura of LaSalle, MB, Norma and Dennis Vandekerkhove of Ft. McMurray, AB, Marlene and Greg Graceffo of Winnipeg and Cona and Doug Maughan of Winnipeg and 13 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Les and wife Anna Grace of Boissevain; sisters, Iris Carroll of Brandon, Rilda and Stan Carr of Carman and Doreen Noble of Boissevain; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Glenboro United Church with Rev. Marilyn Matson officiating. Interment to follow in the Glenboro Cemetery.
