DONALDA ALLARD (nee CHAMPAGNE) Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 9, 2002, at the Tache Nursing Centre at the age of 101. She was born in St. Norbert on April 12, 1900, and lived in St. Charles and in St. Boniface. She was predeceased by her husband Alfred (l985), daughter Sylvie (l939 ), and son Guy (1975). She is survived by her children, Jean (Winnipeg), Jocelyne (San Fransisco), Marguerite (Quebec), Yves (Maple Ridge, BC), Noel (Quebec), Denise (Vancouver Island) her daughters-in-law, her 27 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews. We, the family, wish to express our gratitude to the staff of Tache Centre for the excellent care and compassion shown to our mother during the last years of her life. The funeral service will be held on Friday, April 19 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Charles Church in St. Charles, Winnipeg, where the family will receive condolences 30 minutes prior to the mass, with interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
