DARVIL JAMES PRESTON WALSH "DOUG" It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather on April 14, 2002 at Central Park Lodge, Poseidon Bay, at the age of 84. Dad will be greatly missed by his devoted daughters, Donna Chartier and husband Louis of Langley, BC, Dale Pelletier of Winnipeg; granddaughters, Carrie (Albert) Bradley, Shannon (Jim Bradley) Pelletier of Middlebro, MB; grandsons, Blaine Chartier of Winnipeg, Darby (Bobbie) Chartier, Darryl (Sheila) Chartier both of Langley; and also by his brother Walter Walsh of Grandforks, BC. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren. Dad was born in Montreal, QC and he grew up in Sioux Lookout, ON. He served in (P.P.C.L.I.) Princess Patricias Canadian Light Infantry during the Second World War. Memorial service to be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 26 at Gateway Church, 891 St. Marys Rd., Winnipeg.
