SURJIT KAUR BHATTI It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Surjit Kaur Bhatti following a lengthy illness on April 15, 2002 at the Health Sciences Centre. She is predeceased by her husband Harbhajan; parents, Nirmal and Rai Dhoot; three 3 brothers and one sister. Surjit will be lovingly remembered by her son Raj, daughter-in-law Gurminder; daughters, Gurmeet and Prem; seven grand-children; brother Iqbal Dhoot and sister-in-law Balbir; and all relatives and friends. Mom will be remembered as a hardworking, cheerful and optimistic individual who always had a positive outlook of life. Her indomitable spirit persevered even through severe illness which she endured a major portion of her life. A couple of her lifes pleasures was to cook and crochet. Her sense of humour will be missed by all who crossed her lifes path. She filled all our lives with joy, laughter and many unforgettable moments.
