MILLIE WALASHEK Suddenly, on April 16, 2002, Millie Walashek, aged 83, left this world to join her beloved husband, John, once again. Millie was also predeceased by her brother Joe Stocki, sister Caroline Macki, grandson Jason Bainard, and son-in-law James Roy. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Audrey (John) Chymy, Jennie (Fred) Zayik, John (Virginia) Walashek, Walter (Bernadette) Walashek, and Augustine (Larry) Ziffle; her 17 grandchildren; her 13 great-grandchildren; her brother Kazmir (Anne) Stocki; her sisters, Helen Danelak and Jean Yakymiw; and her many friends. Millie was a quiet woman. She took great pride in her garden, flowers and home, but most of all her family. She enjoyed visits from family and friends and loved all of the special gatherings. Her family would like to thank all of her friends, especially Marge and her neighbor Mary for all of the kindness they have shown Millie over the years. Prayers will be held Friday, April 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Roman Catholic Immaculate Conception Parish. A funeral service will be held at the Roman Catholic Immaculate Conception Church, in Fisher Branch, MB at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20. Interment to follow at the Zbaraz Cemetery.
