THOMAS ANTHONY PETERSON Thomas Anthony Peterson Peacefully in his 79th year, in the early hours of Saturday, April 13, 2002 at St. Michaels Hospital in Toronto. Tom joined his beloved wife Jean who predeceased him in March 2000. They will now continue their journey together through eternity. Tom will be sadly missed by his daughters, Pat of Toronto and Brenda of Edmonton; his loving grandchildren, Pats daughters, Elana, Natalie and Stephanie; his brothers, Harry, Art and Frank; his kind and caring Winnipeg neighbours, Jim, Inga, and Cam and his many other friends in Canada and the U.S.A. At Toms request he has been cremated and his ashes will be interred beside his loving wife Jean at Glen Eden Cemetery in Winnipeg. A graveside memorial service will be held at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB on Thursday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. A reception to follow at Glen Eden. Grateful thanks to the skilled, kind, and compassionate staff of the Palliative Care Unit of St. Michaels Hospital. Their care allowed Tom to pass his last weeks in comfort and dignity. In lieu of flowers, donations in Toms memory, may be made to The Palliative Care Unit, St. Michaels Hospital, 30 Bond St., Toronto ON, M5B 1W8. To all his friends, Tom asks that you toast his memory, hold close the people you love, and count your blessings.
