JOSEPH EUGENE "TOMMY" LEONARD Peacefully, on April 23, 2002 at the Victoria Hospital, Joseph passed away at the age of 79 years. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 50 years, Mathilda (nee Fillion) his children, Delores (Delimir), Monique (Marc), Suzanne (Jeff), and Jacqueline; his grandchildren, Michel, Tanya, Jennifer, Rhoni-Lynne (Chris), Gene-Paul, Claude, Casey and Paul. Also surviving are his brothers, Maurice, Rene (Ruth), and sister Anita; his special aunt Phoesine, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Paul. Tommy worked for MTS for 32 years. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 26, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. in the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 778 Archibald St., with Rev. Fr. Ron Leger c.v.s. presiding, viewing half hour prior to service. Interment to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. Family extends sincere gratitude for their kindness and professional care from the doctors and staff at the Victoria Hospital and the D.V.A. staff.
