While in Edson, where she moved to be near her daughter, she made Parkland Lodge her home and finally the Edson and District Health Care Long Term Care. The kind and affectionate care she received at both of these facilities was very much appreciated. For her care in the final days, we especially thank the LTC staff and Dr. Walker for their kind attention and suggestions. As per her wishes, she will be buried beside her husband in Red Lake, ON, on Friday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. from Christ Lutheran Church in Red Lake, ON. Interment in the Red Lake Cemetery. In lieu of floral tributes, the family suggests donations be sent to The Edson and District Healthcare Centre for Long Term Care, 4716 - 5th Ave., Edson, AB, T7E 1S8.
