STANLEY WACHAL Peacefully, on Monday, April 22, 2002, Stan passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his children, Corinne (Alan) Margulius of Vancouver, Teresa (Rick) Negrich, Kenneth (Linda) Wachal; grandchildren, Jordan, Branden, Lewis, and Alexis; brother Tommy (Stella) Washel of Livonia, MI; nieces, nephews and many good friends. Stan was born in Narol, MB on September 24, 1920, where he resided his entire life. He worked for the C.N.R. from 1957 to his retirement in 1985. His hobbies included gardening and coin collecting. His ultimate passion, however, was his family. Stan spoke endlessly of his children and grandchildren. They were the delight of his life. His passing has created a huge void in our lives. The family would like to thank Dr. G. Wilson and the staff of the Seven Oaks Hospital, 5th floor, Unit 4. A special thanks to Stans dear friend Joyce Boss, who made Stans last few moments very peaceful. Thanks to our Mom, Doris Wachal for looking after Dad. You made our lives so much easier. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 26 at 9:00 a.m., with viewing at 8:30 a.m., at Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, 5819 Henderson Hwy., with Rev. Fr. Jerry Talarski officiating. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery.
