LEONARD JEROME ADAMIK It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Leonard Adamik on Friday, April 26, 2002 at the age of 61 years. Leonard was predeceased by his father Peter. Leonard is survived by his daughter and fiance, Tracey and Derek; and his son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Renee. He is also survived by his loving mother Caroline; brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Terill; and his nephews, Faron and Russell. Leonard will always be remembered as a warm and caring individual who had a special gift for all things mechanical. He was a retired journeyman mechanic, served with the Winnipeg Fire Department for 15 years and with Winnipeg Hydro for nine years. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road, with Msgr. Louis McCluskey officiating.
