RUTH MARGARET HUNT 1918 - 2002 On April 19, 2002, at the Tabor Home, Morden, Ruth Hunt, aged 84 years, formerly of Darlingford, went to her eternal rest. She was predeceased by husband Melvin Robert Hunt in 1997; daughter Gayle in 1989; four brothers, Bert, Bob, Ken (overseas), and Glenn (infancy). She leaves to mourn her passing three daughters, Marlene and George Truhn of Grand Prairie, AB, Lynn MacKinnon of Morden, Glenda Johnsen of Saskatoon, SK; son Wayne and Laraine Hunt of Morden; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister Pearl (Gray) Searle of Ottawa, ON; brother Edward and Beatrice Lawson of Gimli; sister-in-law Phyllis (Bob) Lawson of Morden; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 8, at 2:00 p.m., at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden, 1050 Thornhill, Rev. Morris Vincent officiating. Interment will follow at the Knightcot Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, Box 119, Winkler, MB, R6W 4A4.
