LISE GAUTHIER-HOARE "GRAMMA LISA" Live, Love, Laugh, that was what mom wore around her neck and that was her daily mantra. With her family at her side, "Gramma Lisa" left us, with all our love and memories, May 3, Friday morning at the St. Boniface Hospital. Left to remember her with smiles and sadness are daughter Joanne and son-in-law Paul; daughter Janet and partner Ward; her treasured grandchildren, Staci, Jeremy, Natalie, Jesse, Sharla, Sarey, Nathan, Jenna, Jorey, Jenelle, Natalie, Nicole; adored great-grandchildren, Shaeden, Kohl and Talia. Her companion Martin and his family: son Jack, Kerry, Cheryl and their son Adam, Joey, Aitzuen, and their daughter Sara. Her niece Sharon and great-nephew Kent and nephew Denton and his wife Luella and family; sisters and brothers from Montreal and Drummondville, QC, Jean-Claude, Raymond (Marcellene), Gaetane (Gilles), Yvette, Jacques (Johane), Michel (Jacqueline), Solange (Pete), Yvon (Danielle), Denis (Linda), and their families. Gramma Lisas extended family, Joan and her daughter Rachel. Lise was predeceased by her husband William Earl Hoare; her mother Eveline; her father Wilbrod; and her step-mother Lucienne. Mom worked in the China and Hosiery Departments of The Bay for over 30 years. After retirement she found time to travel extensively with Martin from Europe to Vegas; to a favorite..."New Orleans". Her life was truly her family. She had 24 hours a day to spend with them and did. We will forever remember our frequent shopping trips to the "Big Z" with Gramma Lisa. She was the heart of our family and we look at her as our teacher of unconditional love. A celebration of Lises life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 7, Thomson Funeral Chapel, 669 Broadway. A private family interment will take place on Mothers Day. Her unselfishness and always giving nature even after death, Lise has made a donation for transplant and theraputic (Humanitarian) purposes. If you wish, please sign your organ donation cards in memory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Lise to the St. Boniface General Hospital Research Foundation, or the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. We are overwhelmed and feel "Thank you" is not a big enough word, with the help and kindness of the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Emergency and the 2nd floor M.I.C.U Unit.
