CHRISTINA JEAN HARRISON (nee RUSSELL) On May 4, 2002 at Grace Hospital, peacefully Jean passed away with her husband at her side. Predeceased by her mother and father in 1982; and her father-in-law in 1985, she will be lovingly remembered by her husband Michael; daughters, Mary Lee (Geoff) Lisa (Richard) granddaughter Amy; mother-in-law Beryl; five sisters; two brothers; their families and her Uncle George. Jean had many friends in the neighbourhood, in the spiritual community of her church and the Anglican Cursillo fellowship who will miss her dearly. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 10 at St. Stephens Anglican Church, 220 Helmsdale Ave., the Rev. Donna Mahussier officiating, with reception to follow. Interment will be at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Stephens Memorial Fund or a charity of your choice. God saw you getting weary, that a cure was not to be, so He wrapped you in His loving arms and whispered "Come to me," You suffered much in silence, your spirit did not bend, you faced your trial with courage, until the very end. Our hearts will ache with sorrow, and many tears will flow, for what it means to lose you, no one will ever know.
