Offer Condolences or MemoryTHEODORE GREGORY "TED" KOZAK Born April 10, 1931 in St. Boniface, MB. Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 6, 2002, at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Ted will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Alice and by his son Jonathon. Ted was passionate about duck hunting and basketball - there will be one less Stellar for the next reunion. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the doctors and nurses who cared for Ted during his illness. Family and friends are invited to gather in his honour and pay their respects on Tuesday, May 14 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Fraser Heights Funeral Home, 14835 Fraser Hwy., Surrey, BC.
