  • To Frank Newton. Hi Frank, Just saw your note now (2021). Thanks very much for getting in touch (or trying to get in touch). I'd be very interested in the personnel box, if you still have it. I could even pick it up from you in Ottawa when I'm next in town visiting my parents. You can reach me by email at shawnblore@hotmail.com Best Shawn - Posted by: Shawn Blore (Grandson) on: Nov 03, 2021

  • Hello, I have an old military personnel box that I picked up from an antique shop. I've had it as a nightstand for ages and just today figured I would see who the name painted on the top belonged to "CAPT WJ BLORE" on one of the side labels it said Winnipeg so I googled it. Wanted to know if the family was interested in having it. I would send photos and ship it. Not looking to sell it just have it make its way home. Thank you Frank Newton.
