Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN (LENA) FALK Peacefully on Tuesday May 7, 2002, Mom passed away at Calvary Place Personal Care Home surrounded by her family one day before her 96th birthday. Left to cherish her memory are her three sons, Peter (Agnes), Jack (Marie), and David (Diane) eight grandchildren, 19 great-grand-children and four great-great-grandchildren. Mom was predeceased by Dad (Peter) in 1981 and granddaughter Helen in 1993. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10 at the Morris United Church. Interment in the Lowe Farm Cemetery. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Hartley, Dr. Werier, and all the wonderful staff on 2 North for the care and compassion given to Mom and her family.
