MARGARET MARY CORY June 17, 1926 - May 8, 2002 Peacefully in her sleep, after a long courageous struggle, Margaret fell asleep in the Lord on May 8, 2002, at the age of 75 years. She was predeceased by her husband Roger; parents James and Martha Hutton; and brother Harold. She is survived by her daughter Hilary (Ralph) grandchildren, Adrienne and Jeremy; sisters-in-law, Nora Hutton, Evelyn Thorne, Hilda Cory; brother-in-law Abby Cory; as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place at Margarets request. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, May 13 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Vital Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Hwy., with Rev. Dr. Patrick A. Morand presiding. The family wishes to express their deepest thanks to Drs. Pascoe and Gusman, as well as all the staff of the 2nd Floor units. Special thanks to Sandra, whose kindness and compassion was so appreciated by Mom. Special thanks to all the Palliative Care Unit staffyour genuine caring and expertise made Moms stay both painless and peaceful. A very special thank you to Sharon and Blanche. Their special care and friendship made it possible for Mom to enjoy independent living the last few years of her life.
