Offer Condolences or MemorySARAH (SADIE) REILLY (nee McLURE) Peacefully, in her 106th year, Sadie Reilly passed away at East View Lodge in Neepawa, on Saturday, April 27, 2002. Sadie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Evelyn McLellan of Winnipeg; granddaughter Linda (Bob) Flood of Surrey, BC; grandson David (Beverley) McLellan of Winnipeg; great-grandchildren, Heather and David Flood and Meghan and Ashleigh McLellan; and her very dear cousin Agnes McDougall of Neepawa. Mom was born in Paisley, ON (Bruce County) on November 15, 1896. At an early age she moved with her family to the Cameron District, near Minnedosa, where they farmed before moving to Neepawa when she was 16 years of age. Sadie lived most of her life in Neepawa, except for a few years in Winnipeg. She resided in the Kinsman Kourts for 20 years until moving to East View Lodge in January. Mom was a longtime, faithful member of Knox Presbyterian Church in Neepawa. She was a kind and gentle lady and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Sadie was predeceased by her husband George S. Reilly (1969) her parents, Malcolm and Isabella McLure; three sisters; one brother; her niece Catherine Hughes and her son-in-law Donald McLellan. At Sadies request no service will be held. Cremation has taken place and the ashes will be interred in the Reilly plot in the Neepawa cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or to a charity of ones choice.
