GWENDOLYN D. HARRIS 1934 - 2002 Gwendolyn D. Harris went home to be with her Lord May 10, 2002. Gwen leaves to mourn her passing her beloved son Leonard, granddaughter Zoe, of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard Harris, her mother and father, and many aunts and uncles. Years ago Gwen sang in Billy Grahams choir at one of his crusades. She was a member of the Salvation Army Citadel in Winnipeg. Gwen loved to create pictures and goody boxes with her friend Molly Thompson to take to nursing homes and hospitals. She was a resident of Malvern House before she went to Central Park Lodge, Edmonton Street. Leonard would like to thank pastors, doctors and nurses for their kindness in her hours of need. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 15 at 11:30 a.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Interment will be in Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
